Product Details
STMicroelectronics LM337 series of adjustable negative voltage regulators produce 1.5A for a voltage range that covers 1.2 V to -37 V. The voltage regulator requires two external resistors to set the output voltage. The LM337 regulators have full overload protection, current limit, thermal overload and safe area protection. Even if the adjustment terminal is detached the overload protection within the circuitry remains.
