Product Details
This control cable is designed for signal and control circuits in industrial and commercial installations, providing screened 4-core connectivity with a robust black PVC outer sheath. It is suited to enclosed and populated spaces where reduced toxic emissions are required and operates across a wide ambient temperature range for varied installation environments.
Conductors are 7-strand tin-plated copper per core, giving mechanical flexibility and improved termination reliability compared with solid conductors.
The cable features an overall screen combining tape and a tinned copper braid with a drain conductor to provide effective screening and easy termination.
The cable specifies a maximum pull tension of 30 lb and a recommended bend radius of 10x cable diameter to prevent damage during routing.
The outer sheath is printed with manufacturer coding and includes declarations for RoHS compliance and relevant temperature and voltage style ratings.
Nominal conductor-to-conductor capacitance is 36 pF/ft, ground capacitance 65 pF/ft, inductance 0.18 μH/ft, and conductor DCR approximately 16.4 Ω/1000 ft.
