How can I return?
The return of purchased goods is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 17 August 2001 “On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using communication means” and Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 “On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods”.
Important: Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unworn and not otherwise damaged by the buyer. When returning quality (not defective) goods, the buyer is refunded the full purchase price. Money is returned to the buyer only when the goods have reached the seller and their commercial appearance is not damaged.
In Lithuania, in June 2014, the new requirements of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) on the protection of consumer rights came into force. The new requirements apply to distance selling: i.e. online, by telephone, by mail, and in non-business premises. If the Buyer wishes to return the goods(s), he/she may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the goods to be returned, the sales invoice number or the order number. The cardholder has the right, without giving a reason, to return the goods purchased in the e-shop within 14 days.
Money for goods purchased in the online store will be transferred back to the buyer's account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the goods were returned.

Defective goods must first be submitted to the Seller or the Seller's warranty service and only after it is determined that the goods cannot be repaired, they are exchanged for others and (or) returned.
