VEMD2000 and VEMD2020 Series PIN Photodiodes
The VEMD2000 and VEMD2020 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in surface mount (SMD) subminiature packages with a black domed lens. They have both gull wing or reverse gull wing lead types. The VEMD2000 and VEMD2020 are high speed and high sensitive PIN photodiodes. Suitable applications include high speed photo detector, IR remote control, IR data transmission, photo interrupters and shaft encoders.
