Produkto aprašymas
Piezo LEGS® Linear Twin 20N LT20 Series
The LT20 is a compact yet strong linear motor for build-in original equipment manufacturer (OEM) applications characterised by its outstanding precision. It features predictable submicron, direct-drive motion without backlash with resolution down to single nanometre level or below.
Lack of gear-heads and linear screws reduces the overall size so that the LT20 often fits where other motors will not. In place, it delivers up to 20 Ns force and its friction drive ensures full-force, power-off locking with no mechanical play or backlash.
The motor can be integrated easily into an application using the drive rod mechanical adapter. The LT20 motor is also capable of moving in full steps (waveform) or partial (microsteps).
Any 'move-and hold' application that requires high precision, instant response and low power consumption benefits from LT20s Piezo LEGS® technology.
PiezoMotor
PiezoMotor is a world-leading developer and manufacturer of groundbreaking micro motors based on piezoelectric materials. Simple, precise and small, the motors replace traditional technology and enable motorisation where it was not possible before. The motors performance include subnanometre positioning and high force in a small package. The motors can operate in vacuum and can be made non-magnetic. In Uppsala, Sweden, PiezoMotor has its own in-house high-volume manufacturing facility, R&D centre and headquarters. All major geographical markets are covered by a global distribution network and many leading multinational companies.
