The SFH 3100 F, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductor, is a silicon NPN phototransistor in thier Sidelooker package. It comes in a side looking (SL) through-hole package. It has a black lens for daylight filter. The SFH 3100 F is designed for applications with a wavelength of 840 to 1080 nm. Other suitable applications include; photointerrupter detectors, tape end detection, data transmission, position sensing, barcode reader, coin counters and for control/drive circuits.
