NCP786L Linear Voltage Regulator

The ON Semiconductor NCP786L is a high performance 5 mA Linear Regulator with a wide operating input voltage range of up to 450 V dc and adjustable output. The NCP785L offers ±5% output voltage accuracy, a high-power supply rejection ratio and low quiescent current of 10 μA (typical) in a compact SOT-223 package. These capabilities make the NCP785L suited to high input voltage applications and harsh environmental conditions.
