•RJ45 connector
•Reduces target microcontroller memory load
•Wake on LAN and power down modes for power management
•Supports automatic handshaking, re-transmit on collision and automatic rejection of erroneous packets
•80 MHz SPI interface
•32 kB internal memory for TX/RX buffers
