Produkto aprašymas

MTCH652 Capacitive Touch Line Driver

The Microchip MTCH652 is a Driver IC designed to drive High-Voltage Outputs in Capacitive Touch applications. The MTCH652 combines a Boost Converter with 19 Level Shifters to drive up to 19 channels.

The device is programmable via a Configuration (CONFIG) registers. The CONFIG register can be altered during device operation via a SPI interface to select the desired voltage output. Soft Start can also be tailored to limit initial in-rush currents to prevent system brown-outs.

In a typical application the MTCH652 requires only a SPI interface, Latch Enable Input, PWM Input, two Capacitors and a small Inductor.

Human Machine Interface (HMI), Microchip
