MCP9843/98242/98243 Memory Module Temperature Converters with EEPROM
The Microchip MCP9843/98242/98243 series of memory module temperature converters with EEPROM have been designed for DRAM DIMMs Serial Presence Detect and have a 2Wire serial interface. The sensors convert temperature between -40°C to +125°C to a digital output and the EEPROM capability enables the storage of memory module and vendor details.
Applications include DIMM modules, laptops, PCs and servers.
