TLE Series - LDO Regulator, Infineon

Infineon’s TLE product family of linear voltage regulators are designed for automotive applications. The monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage regulators have a fixed voltage output of 3.3V or 5V they are available in different package types. With input ranges up to 45V some LDO’s are capable of driving loads up to 450mA. Features may include short-circuit proof, integrated over temperature shutdown, watchdog circuit and reset signal.

Linear Voltage Regulators, Infineon

We have a wide range of linear voltage regulators. The Low dropout or LDO regulators can operate with a small input-output differential voltage. The linear voltage regulators offer fast transient response, wide input voltage range, low quiescent current and low noise with high PSRR.
