HSCo centre cutting slot drills C102 and C123

A range of short cobalt drills (steel quality HSCo 8% Co) with cylindrical shank and flat face.
The shank diameter tolerance class is H6 and the cutting diameter is E8.
Helix geometry is 30° right-handed, the cut angle is 12° and the cut is centred.
C123 drills are available in Ø 2 mm to 6 mm, and from Ø 6.5 mm for C102.
Used to cut grooves to P9 tolerance.

Flatted Shank - HSCo

These slot drills have a parallel shank with flats, diameter tolerance e8 (undersize h10), 3 flute, short length, centre cutting, 30° spiral, HSCo 8%. They are to DIN327 form D. Applications include keyway and slot milling, and production of closed slots by ’plunge’ feeding.
