Aim-TTi TG1000 & TG2000 DDS Function Generators, 10MHz & 20MHz

The TG1000/2000 offers a high quality direct digital synthesis (DDS) function generator at a significantly lower price. DDS generates waveforms using a phase accumulator, look-up table and DAC. The accuracy/stability of the resulting waveform is related to that of the crystal master clock. When correctly engineered, the DDS generator offers not only exceptional accuracy and stability but also high spectral purity, low phase noise and excellent frequency agility. The TG2000 includes RS-232 and USB interfaces for remote control of all instrument functions and for remotely storing instrument set-ups.
