The sounder forms part of the Asserta Midi Sounder Beacon range, this range of beacons has been created and designed to be installed where areas require a physically robust and well-protected unit. The Asserta range of audio-visual alarms is suitable for fire, process systems, industrial and signalling applications that require a combined indication device.

Where the Construction Product Directive or Regulation (CPD/CPR) is a country requirement, it cannot be used, legally, for the purpose of alerting room occupants to a Fire Alarm condition.
