Vishay VLMx31 Series LEDs
The VLMx31 range of LEDs, from Vishay, are in the standard PLCC-2 or PLCC-3 package. They are round with flat top surface mount (SMT) LEDs. The VLMx31 LEDs are ideal for applications which require narrow brightness and colour selection. They are made from a lead frame, embedded in a white thermoplast. The VLMx31 LEDs contain a reflector which is filled with a clear epoxy. Suitable applications for the range include; automotive, telecommunication, indicators, backlighting and general use.
