Produkto Aprašymas
This actuator is an accessory designed to operate with a high-coded safety door switch in industrial guarding applications, providing a mechanical Interface for hinged or sliding guards and enabling emergency exit functionality when required. It is manufactured in plastic and intended for integration with industrial safety interlocks to support controlled access and safe maintenance procedures.
The device requires a 24V DC stabilised PELV supply with −15%/+10% tolerance and appropriate external protection against overvoltage.
The actuator permits manual unlocking so that the switch can be released without power to prevent entrapment
a triangular manual-release key is used for de-energised manual release.
It withstands vibration from 10 to 150 Hz with 0.35mm amplitude and shock up to 30g/11ms while maintaining IP66/IP67 sealing.
The solenoid control input accepts switching thresholds −3 to 5 V (low) and 15 to 30 V (high)
auxiliary and safety outputs are PNP short-circuit proof with rated currents of 0.05A and 0.25A respectively.
Fixing requires two M6 screws tightened to 8 N·m, and the actuator must be secured to prevent displacement using tamper-proof measures.
