The Microchip flash microcontrollers with nanoWatt XLP technology has C compiler optimized architecture. It has 256 bytes data EEPROM and provides up to 8 K bytes linear program memory addressing. It has 16 Level deep hardware stack with optional overflow/underflow reset. Two full 16-bit File Select Registers (FSRs) and FSRs can read program and data memory.
