Broadcom ASSR-1410 Series Solid State Relay, 0.6 A Load, Surface Mount, 60 V Load, 1.7V Control

The Broadcom ASSR-14XX solid state relay (SSR) series consist of an AlGaAs infrared light-emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to a high-voltage output detector circuit. The detector consists of a high-speed photovoltaic diode array and driver circuitry to switch on/off two discrete high voltage MOSFETs.
