Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode, HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited

The HY Electronics Schottky barrier rectifiers are suitable for use in PV Solar Cell applications functioning as bypass diode protection via the dc forward current without reverse bias. The photovoltaic solar cell protection Schottky diodes can vary between 40V-45V reverse voltage as well as forward currents such as 15A-25A. The Schottky rectifier has a cathode polarity and comes supplied in a JEDEC R-6 package. Applications include polarity protection, freewheeling circuits as well as high frequency inverters.
