Produkto aprašymas
BPV22 and BPV23 Series PIN Photodiodes
The BPV22 and BPV23 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a range on PIN photodiodes within a side looking package. They are in a through-hole package with a black plastic lens and daylight filter. Its dome lens offers an 80% improvement in sensitivity in comparison to a flat lens type.
Suitable applications for the BPV22 and BPV23 PIN photodiodes include; IR radiation detectors, IR remote control and air data transmission systems. The BPV22 and BPV23 can be used in combination with the TSFF (BPV22) or TSAL (BPV23) series IR emitters.
