The EVAL-AD7714-3EBZ, from Analog Devices, is an evaluation board for the AD7714 device. The AD7714 is a 24-bit sigma-delta, signal conditioning ADC (analogue-to-digital converter). It is a complete analogue front end for low-frequency measurement applications.
