Souriau 8D series double flange jam nut receptacle connectors with short PC tails, are aluminium bodied, black zinc nickel plated, durable connectors with contacts that do not feature a shoulder, which allows for a more flexible mounting on varying PCB thickness. The receptacle connectors were designed for use within military and civil aerospace, marine and offshore equipment, defense and military ground personnel and industrial connector applications. These double flange receptacle connectors feature a coupling thread and are 100% scoop proof and offer shell to shell continuity when mated. Souriau 8D series receptacle connectors meet the same level of performance as the MIL-DTL-38999 connectors and have very high resistance to harsh environmental factors such as shock (300g, 3ms) and temperature extremes and offer over 500 mating and unmating operations.
