TMP05/06 Digital Temperature Sensors
The TMP05/06 series of monolithic digital temperature sensors generate a pulse width modulated output that varies in direct proportion to the ambient temperature of a device. The sensors have three modes of operation;
-Continuously converting mode
-Daisy-chain mode
-One shot mode
Applications include thermal protection, environmental control and industrial process control.
